Gliding Swan
I’m Tracey, spiritually known as Gliding Swan, and I’m a spiritual teacher and integrative health practitioner devoted to guiding individuals in reclaiming control over their minds, bodies, and nervous systems. Through wellness coaching and mindful movement, I help others move beyond fear, reconnect with their resilience, and embrace a life filled with clarity, presence, and freedom.
My spiritual awakening began in 2009–2010, ignited by personal challenges such as panic disorder, anxiety, toxic relationships, and health struggles. Over the years, I devoted myself to integrative health practices, including Reiki and mindful movement, along with teachings from Love Is Letting Go of Fear, Louise Hay, The Secret, and HeartMath. These tools helped me stabilize, reflect, and grow in my journey towards wellness coaching. A significant turning point occurred in 2018, as my mother neared the end of her life, when I felt a profound inner calling that my life was destined for a path much different from the one I had been living.
By 2020, I returned fully to my spiritual roots, deeply engaging in nutrition, integrative health, mindful movement, somatic therapy, breathwork, yoga, and the Toltec ways. Through this journey, I uncovered the missing link I had been seeking all along: understanding and regulating the autonomic nervous system and its crucial role in health, fear, and healing, leading to a more comprehensive approach in my wellness coaching.
Since this pivotal period, I have felt a profound sense of purpose in guiding others through integrative health practices that help them move beyond fear, overwhelm, and limitation. Through mindful movement and wellness coaching, I assist individuals in reclaiming their autonomy, vitality, and a deeper connection to life itself. I believe that everyone has the ability to transcend what keeps them stuck, and that transformation begins from within, rippling outward to positively impact the world.

Everyone resonates with different approaches, and credentials aren’t the only measure of wisdom. Still, transparency around education and training, particularly in areas like Integrative Health and Mindful Movement, matters to me—especially when engaging in deeper work or larger investments. Clear context allows for discernment, alignment, and mutual respect, ultimately guiding individuals in their wellness coaching journey to choose what truly supports them.
